*A maximum of 3 paper submission is allowed for each author/co-author whereby a researcher is allowed to submit a maximum of 2 papers as the “First or Single author”

** The first paper is levied a full registration fee, with subsequent paper submissions in all categories are levied at a 50% discount from full registration fee.

*** The final paper can contain only a maximum of 3 researchers’ names. Paper with more than 3 authors will not be considered but can be appealed on a case-by-case basis to Head of Technical Committee.

**** Please attach payment/transfer slip
*****After registration, the early bird applicant can pay registration fee until 5th August 2025 and the regular applicant can pay registration fee until 1st September 2025.
****** Payment made after 1st of September 2025 would bear a penalty fee.

We only receive credit card payment (QR transfer payment is accepted from banks in Thailand only)
1. After you have submitted your registration form individually, a credit card payment link will be provided.
2. Prepare your credit card and process accordingly to complete the registration procedure.
3. Please note that payment is made on Thai baht currency which is subjected to the payment date’s exchange rate.

** Participants shall be responsible for bank charges upfront as the fees to be remitted are not of charges.
1. I have not submitted or published this paper anywhere before.
2. I will not cause or involve in any sort of violence or disturbance within and outside of the conference event/venue.
3. SEAAIR has all rights reserved to shift eh venue or rescheduling the event.
4. I transfer my copyright of the paper(s) to SEAAIR
*Names on certificates will be written exactly as in this registration form,
please ensure correct spelling and wordings, as no change will be accepted on the certificates.
